I greatly value our membership of The UK Contact Centre Forum. Trevor Butterworth and his team run events and industry briefings that always very professionally organised and always very well attended. The executive briefings have been particularly instrumental for us in gaining knowledge and insight into the challenges and demands in today’s Contact Centre landscape.
