Announcing the launch of the UKCCF Contact Centre Challenge

This new intitative has been designed specifically for your Agents & Team Leaders to generate team spirit and to recognise their achievements in supporting your customers. We have added an element of friendly competition/rivalry between the contact centres in the Midlands.
Our first session is being sponsored by: CCA Recruitment and we will also be raising funds for the Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Teams are made up of 8 members. Each team will compete in two games against other contacts centres from across the Midlands. Each player will receive a drink upon arrival and celebrations after the match will include a trophy presentation.
The entry fee is £375 (+VAT) for each team.

Raising much needed funds in aid of Guide Dogs for the Blind

Whoever you are, our expert staff, dedicated volunteers and life-changing dogs are here to help you live actively, independently, and well.
We’re a charity, almost entirely funded by donations, and we are the world’s largest assistance dog organisation. As world leaders in puppy socialisation and dog training, we’re the only organisation to breed and train guide dogs in the UK. We’re also the largest employer of specialists dedicated to helping children and young people overcome the challenges of sight loss.
