Jennifer is the Chief Operating Officer of Lemon Contact Centre. Jen started her contact centre career at Vodafone in 2002, progressing quickly from Customer Service Advisor to Team Leader.
Following a relocation back to the North East in 2006, Jen joined Lemon in 2008, starting as a part-time Customer Service Advisor before moving in to a number of different roles to support the business growth. Prior to being promoted to Lemon COO in 2021, Jen has worked across wide areas of the business, including quality, training and HR, before moving in to Contact Centre Manager and subsequently Head of Operations.
Jen’s passion is service delivery and she is driven to provide an excellent customer service by developing her leadership team and getting the best out of people.
