James Waite

James is a senior B2B marketing leader with over fifteen years’ experience in the outsourcing/customer experience industry. He joined ResQ in January 2021 to help create and deliver an omni-channel marketing strategy to maximise sales and ROI to support ResQ’s business growth.

James joined ResQ from HGS (Hinduja Global Solutions) where he was Head of Marketing for Europe and further promoted to Global Marketing Director for HGS’s Digital division. He also has prior success at some of the industry’s largest BPO companies, including Teleperformance and Sutherland Global Services.

James has been instrumental in helping ResQ to build a go-to-market function, helping strengthen the company’s competitiveness in winning new business and building ResQ’s brand as a leader in outsourced contact centre services.
