Build a Genesys Bot Workshop

Join us at customer site UCL for a morning of hands on AI bot building! Aimed at business leaders, this event will demonstrate how easy it is to get started with an AI bot inside Genesys Cloud to really help you drive an efficient customer experience.

10.00am: The AI possibilities in CX – example bot scenarios for best impact and success

10.30am: Build the bot session – using a pre-planned scenario, this part of the agenda will walk you through building a bot inside Genesys Cloud with support from Kerv experts

11:30am: See your bots in action

12.00pm: UCL Keynote – hear how UCL have implemented a new CX strategy and AI bots with Genesys Cloud and Kerv

12.30pm: Lunch/drinks and networking
