The UKCCF Contact Centre Challenge is coming to Manchester!. This new initiative was launched in Scotland in September 2024 and has been designed specifically for your Agents & Team Leaders to generate team spirit and to recognise their achievements in supporting your customers. We have added an element of friendly competition/rivalry between the contact centres in the North West.
Our next session in Manchester and is being sponsored by CCA Recruitment and we will be raising much needed funds for the Cash for Kids charity.
To enter a team of 6 on the 5th March 2025 from 17:45 – 20.00 at The Tenpin Bowl, PrintWorks, 27 Withy Grove Manchester M4 2BS, the investment would be £250+vat per team which includes 2 games of tenpin bowling and one drink from the bar on arrival. We will also present a trophy to the winning team and a certificate to the runner up.

Raising much needed funds in aid of Cash for Kids
Cash for Kids is dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK from the moment they’re born up to and including the age of 18.
Cash for Kids supports children and young people affected by poverty, abuse, neglect, life-limiting illness and those who have additional needs.
Our mission is to be there when they need us the most, helping combat poverty, illness and neglect, making living with additional needs that little bit easier, or simply offering a helping hand.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and be their true selves.
We work together with businesses, charities and community groups that share our vision so we can make a difference to families with nowhere else to turn, by providing grant funding year-round and Christmas gifts during the festive season.
