Chantelle is the Marketing Manager for UKCCF Ltd and Editor of the online magazine Contact Centre Monthly. Working alongside Trevor Butterworth since the inception of the user group in 2009, Chantelle has helped to make UKCCF Ltd the number one user group for the contact centre in the UK.

This year, Chantelle became the UKCCF Awards Programme Director having nurtured the programme from the individual region awards to the National Awards Programme that you see today.
Chantelle has a passion for arts and crafts, Disney and is currently training in Mental Health and Wellbeing.
