Helen Phillips
Helen is Head of Client Experience at Lemon Contact Centre. Helen started her impressive career at Barclays in 1978 where she stayed for 38 years working in a variety of roles, including managing global contact centre operations and progressing to Head of Change and Communication.
On leaving Barclays, Helen then went on to work for a couple of years at Northgate Vehicle Hire in a transformational change role before joining Lemon in 2021. Helen’s role at Lemon sees her overseeing service delivery, training and quality, leading the 24/7 operations team to service 120+ clients across the UK and Europe.
A pragmatic and fiercely forward-thinking leader, Helen is passionate about operations and uses her extensive experience to drive the team forward and develop leaders across the wider business.
