The UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) believe that the UK & Irish contact centre & customer service advisors are the unsung heroes of your organisation & within the customer service industry as a whole. They are on the frontline of any business, dealing with a never-ending, wide range of enquiries, but their role can sometimes be under appreciated.
How to enter
To enter, the advisor must be nominated by their Contact Centre Supervisor/Team Leader, Manager or Director via an entry form, which can be found HERE.
The nominator must complete the entry form, explaining why the advisor deserves to be awarded the UKCCF Advisor of the Month for the month they are entering within. The entry will require the nominator to briefly explain what the advisor did that was exceptional – and this could be over-achieving their KPI’s for the month, handling a difficult call in a really helpful, supportive way or giving up their own time to do something worthwhile, for example.
Six entries will be shortlisted each month and all shortlisted nominees will then be asked to present to our judges on a 10 minutes video call, explaining their nomination in more detail. The judges will then award a first, second and third place winner. Winners will be announced at the end of each month.
What you can win
As we want to reward the hard work and effort UK&I advisors show every day in their roles, we will be awarding a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place every month.
- 1st place prize: £150 High Street voucher and a sponsor donated prize
- 2nd place prize: £100 High Street voucher and a sponsor donated prize
- 3rd place prize: £50 High Street voucher and a sponsor donated prize
All winners will receive a certificate and will be announced in Contact Centre Monthly.
