What our members say about SECCF
Nuffield Health have been members of the LSECFF since 2011, and have found our membership to be invaluable. The regular events give us the opportunity to network with peers across the industry, and to learn from, and share best-practice, in a relaxed but informative environment. Some of the events we have attended have really helped us to shape our internal Contact Centre strategy, and some of the contacts we have met have turned in to business partners and colleagues. We will continue to support and be members of this great value forum
Andrea Gray - Director of Customer Contact Nuffield Health
We were first introduced to the SECCF and the superb events that it organises in 2010. As a result, we quickly recognised the potential benefits of membership; joining in 2011. Since then the Forum has provided a superb opportunity for my Managers and Team Leaders to network, keep up with Contact Centre trends and expand their knowledge of what’s available / possible; all in an informal, friendly atmosphere. At the 2013 LSECCF Awards the team here were successfully recognised for continuous improvement activity during 2012 but this was, in significant part, a reflection of the ideas and enthusiasm conveyed through the SECCF events / members which was then harnessed to tackle day to day challenges we faced. If you work in a Contact Centre environment and aren’t yet members then join now! If you learn nothing new (and you will!) you can at least share your experiences with others, which makes the group so valuable.
Peter Martin - Head of Operations - Membership Services The Caravan Club
The LSECCF has provided a perfect opportunity to network with fellow industry colleagues and share ideas. During our membership we have learned a great deal from members which have been open and willing to help us learn and drive the industry forward. The awards process have also proven to be a fantastic staff engagement process, I thoroughly recommend the process, it can be rewarding and fun!
Warren Tait - Customer Services Director Neopost
For me, the LSECCF is about the contact centre sector coming together. It brings a sense of belonging and it’s a great opportunity to share and discuss common challenges. It helps you realise what you’re good at and puts you in touch with who you can learn from.
The LSECCF becomes part of the annual calendar of sharing expertise and the gala dinner is an opportunity to socialise amongst friends, peers and colleagues and a chance to celebrate success. John Barr - Director of Customer Experience AmicusHorizon
We always make the effort to attend both the user group and best practice meetings organised by the Contact Centre Forum/ SECCF. They are well attended and stacked full of great ideas, the latest technology developments and industry news. ISV’s ethos is built on developing products our contact centre partners want and need, we also want to make sure we’re adopting the best strategy for our business. I can’t think of anywhere better to get feedback, keep up-to-date and meet like-minded people.
Amanda Davies - Managing Director ISV
