There are more than 570 contact centres within our capital. The LCCF holds events all over the city in some of the capital’s most prestigious buildings. These events include hot topic and best practice discussions, whilst providing a strong networking platform for industry professionals.

Nuffield Health have been members of the LSECFF since 2011, and have found our membership to be invaluable. We were first introduced to the SECCF and the superb events that it organises in 2010. As a result, we quickly recognised the potential benefits of membership; joining in 2011. Since then the Forum has provided a superb opportunity for my Managers and Team Leaders to network, keep up with Contact Centre trends and expand their knowledge of what’s available / possible; all in an informal, friendly atmosphere. At the 2013 LSECCF Awards the team here were successfully recognised for continuous improvement activity during 2012 but this was, in significant part, a reflection of the ideas and enthusiasm conveyed through the SECCF events / members which was then harnessed to tackle day to day challenges we faced. If you work in a Contact Centre environment and aren’t yet members then join now! If you learn nothing new (and you will!) you can at least share your experiences with others, which makes the group so valuable.

We always make the effort to attend both the user group and best practice meetings organised by The London & South East Contact Centre Forums. They are well attended and stacked full of great ideas, the latest technology developments and industry news.
